We also collect information that may be necessary for us to verify your identity and comply with the applicable law. We may ask you to answer additional questions online to help verify your identity. We may also require additional information if you send or receive certain high-value transactions or high aggregate payment volumes through SVA Ltd. We may sometimes offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users to collect information for analytical purposes, such as demographic information. If we collect personally identifiable information from our users in these questionnaires and surveys, the users will be given notice of how the information will be used prior to their participation in the survey or questionnaire.

SVA Ltd has a referral and affiliate program that enables existing customers/ users to refer new users and subscribers.

Referral

You may earn a ‘referral bonus’ by referring other people to sign up on SVA Ltd by sharing your referral link with them. If a new user signs up using your referral link you would earn a percentage(referral bonus) of the referred user’s earned profit. Referral bonus is 50%

Subscription affiliates:

You may apply for an affiliate code on SVA Ltd, and when someone uses your affiliate code to subscribe to a SVA Ltd plan, you get 50% of their first subscription fee payment and each subsequent subscription payment for 6 months if a monthly subscriber.

Code of Conduct

Users are expected to abide by the following Code of Conduct guiding our community:

Illegal Activity: We prohibit any form of use of SVA Ltd platform for any illegal activity. You are not allowed to use our Platform to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US, Nigeria, or your country).

In the instance of any illegal activity, such activity will be investigated and the law parties will be bound by may differ depending on the peculiarity of the case and at our sole discretion.

Fraud: We have zero tolerance for any form of fraudulent activity or transaction including but not limited to Money Laundering.

Bad Code: You shall not use the SVA Ltd Platform to transmit, distribute, send, etc. viruses, worms, or any other code that may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner

Spamming: You shall not use the SVA Ltd Platform to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam to anyone on the SVA Ltd Platform, including SVA Ltd (and its employees), Subscribers, and Purchasers

Respect: We encourage users to be civil and respectful at all times

Exploitation: You shall not use the SVA Ltd Platform to try to gather personal information on anyone, outside of the limited permissible uses for offering your Content

Impersonation: You shall not impersonate anybody including SVA Ltd, Starpro Version Affiliate Ltd.. any of its employees, users of SVA Ltd or members of the general public.

Upon discovery of impersonation,we reserve the right to deactivate the infringing account immediately.

Data Mining or Bots: You shall not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and

Use Other Than Intended: You shall not use the Platform or any content contained on the Platform for any purposes other than intended.

Upon violation of our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to delete a user’s account and Content from the SVA Ltd Platform. Whether conduct violates our Code of Conduct will be determined in SVA Ltd sole discretion.

  • Use By Minors

Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using any of Company, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend SVA Ltd or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you shall not:

Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.

Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

In the event that your account with us is terminated or you discontinue your paid subscription, you will no longer have access to all the paid features on the Service, consequently, your customers will lose access to features that are exclusive to paying members only/subscription-based products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.
